Privacy

Plain English on what we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

What we collect

When you create an account, we store your name, email, and a hashed password. When you place an order, we store the order details, shipping address, and the last four digits of the card you used (the rest stays with our payment processor). When you enter a raffle, we store your entries and the email used.

How we use it

To run the store: process orders, ship packages, send order updates, contact you if you win a raffle, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — we never see or store your full card number. Site hosting and email delivery use infrastructure providers under contract. We share the minimum data needed for each to do its job.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as required by tax and warranty law (typically 7 years). Account data is kept until you delete your account. Raffle entry records are kept for the life of the raffle plus 3 years for dispute resolution.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@anotherprojectchannel.com. We respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA — same contact, same process.
