Using this site

By using anotherprojectchannel.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and the effective date will move.

Your account

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Don't share your password. If you think your account has been compromised, email us immediately at hello@anotherprojectchannel.com. We can lock the account and reset access.

Orders and payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (including suspected fraud). Limited drops may sell out before your checkout completes — if that happens, we void the charge. Final-sale items are marked on the product page.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, photos, copy, the brand mark — is owned by Another Project Channel or our licensors. You may share product images and links for non-commercial purposes. Don't reproduce, resell, or remix our designs without permission.

Raffles (disclaimer)

Raffles on this site are not yet active. When they launch, raffle entries are subject to the official rules published with each raffle. Raffles are void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter where required by state law; free-entry method will be posted with each raffle.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site running and the content accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that product photos are perfect color matches. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
