Returns

Plain English on what you can send back, what you can't, and how.

30-day window

If your order doesn't fit or you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached. Sale items follow the same window.

Final sale

Raffle tickets, raffle entry fees, and limited drops marked 'Final Sale' at checkout are not returnable. If a raffle prize is involved (the car), returns don't apply — but the prize is shipped insured with full title handling.

Process

Email hello@anotherprojectchannel.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We send a prepaid label, you pack and drop it off, we refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. No restocking fee.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping and you don't have to wait for the carrier claim. Email a photo and your order number and we'll make it right the same day.
