Shipping

How and when your order ships. We don't drop-ship — every order is packed at our shop by a person, not a robot.

Cutoff

Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. Drops can spike volume — we'll email if your order takes an extra day.

Carrier

Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight and destination. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label prints. International orders ship via DHL where available.

Scope

Streetwear and accessories ship anywhere we can get a label. We currently do not ship to a small list of countries where carriers are unreliable — if checkout blocks your address, that's why. Raffle prizes ship to the continental US only (see below).

Insurance

Every order ships insured at full value. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we file the claim and replace or refund. You don't have to fight the carrier.

Raffle prizes

Cars are shipped fully insured to the winner's door anywhere in the continental US. Title, registration, and any state-specific paperwork are handled by Another Project before transport. Winner is responsible for state sales tax and registration fees on the vehicle's fair market value, disclosed before the draw.
